- Start two pans of boiling water, one for your pasta (cook according to package) and one for your sausage. Strain both. Dice sausage and add to your pasta pan.
- Turn on your broiler.
- Add your artichokes, spinach, half of your parmesan cheese, all of the mozzarella cheese and the pepper to the pasta and mix it well.
- Use a broiler safe pan, we use our cast iron skillets for everything, and pour the mixture into your pan of choice. Sprinkle the top with your remaining parmesan. Broil for 6 minutes, until it is in brown in spots.
We were planning on traveling to this weekend, but due to living in the tundra the interstate has been closed for over 24 hours. We are staying warm, enjoying being home and attempting to be productive.
